Hello Sailing Enthusiasts in Kitsap County and beyond,
Kitsap Sailing Foundation is planning to offer sailing camps throughout the summer in 2023, beginning July 10 and continuing through August 4, 2023.  Each camp is daily for 1 week.
  • Teen Camp half day camps run from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
  • Teen Camp full day camps run from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
  • Youth (ages 8-12) half day camps run from 9:30 am and to 12:30 pm.
  • Youth full day camps are run from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Cost for a week of 1/2 day lessons is $240 plus processing fees.
Cost for a week of full day lessons is $370 plus processing fees.
Need based scholarships are available on our scholarship page here.

Our goal is to make each week a new experience so that returning sailors don't get a repeat of what they have already experienced.  At the same time, we invite all sailors to participate in any of the camps without the need for prerequisite skills.

Both of the youth and teen groups will incorporate fun STEM learning into the various camps.  Some of the weeks during the summer feature extreme low tides, which provide incredible beach experiences.

Other weeks will provide an opportunity for exploring additional STEM concepts with hands-on experiences.   Each camp will have a general focus for the week, with choice time at the end where sailors will have opportunities for greater variety.
