1. Kitsap County Parks and Recreation Registration

$89 and the registration form can be sent to:

Don't worry about the Activity# on the form since we're the only recreational program available.

2. Medical/permission forms must be returned to Coach Trunkey before the season starts.  Please try to bring this form to our capsizing practice.
