1. Kitsap County Parks and Recreation Registration

$89 and the registration form can be sent to:

Don't worry about the Activity# on the form.

 The County can also take your information and payment over the phone at (360) 337-5350

2. Medical/permission forms must be returned to Coach Trunkey before the season starts.  Please try to bring this form to our capsizing practice.

3. Summer and Fall Season Registration

$10 and the same forms and location as the above.  If you have turned in a Medical/Permission Form for MESS you don't need to turn in an additional one for this.
