Kitsap County Parks and Recreation
The County owns all the sailing equipment and offers instruction to both teens and adults in our Vanguard 15s. Most instruction occurs during the summer through week-long summer camps.  They also sponsor the CK Sailing team.

Port of Silverdale
Together with the County, the Port provides facilities for storing the equipment, launching, and teaching.
