Charlie and Carolyn Frame, owners of CFA Northwest Mortgage Specialists that is headquartered on Bainbridge Island, WA generously donated the first Vangard 15 sailboat for the new sailing and rowing program in Central Kitsap for disadvantaged youth.
 
CFA employs nearly 100 people with branch offices in several Washington cities: Arlington, Kirkland, Lakewood, Port Orchard, Port Townsend, Poulsbo, Silverdale and Seattle, as well as a branch in Beaverton, Oregon. Since its inception, CFA has consistently provided financial and in-kind donations to numerous community-based organizations. Carolyn often volunteers to share her knowledge, as well as her own personal story of overcoming barriers and succeeding as a woman in business. For example, she is often a sponsor of and speaks at Money Wise Women seminars in the greater Puget Sound area. Carolyn, along with several CFA employees, are involved with The Boys & Girls Club, local branches of the Chamber Of Commerce, The Rotary Club, Health, Housing & Human Services Board, Bainbridge Island Public School Trust, the Just Know Committee, Habitat For Humanity, Bainbridge Performing Arts, Babe Ruth Baseball, Poulsbo Yacht Club, Kitsap County Home Builders Association, and Family Recovery ® an alcohol & substance abuse treatment program, among others. Additionally, CFA employees serve on various mentor projects such as New Business Owners, Teen Career Counseling, and Single Mother Assistance.
